What hiring actually looks like

Four steps, usually two to three weeks end to end. No surprise rounds added midway.

    Send your CV and, if you've got one, something you've built or shipped.

    Intro call

    30 minutes with a recruiter or hiring manager. Mutual fit, not a quiz.

    Technical round

    A conversation about real work, sometimes paired with a short take-home.

    A decision within days of the final round, either way.

Questions people usually ask

Do you sponsor relocation?

For some roles, yes. It's confirmed case by case during the process.

Is remote work an option?

Most roles are hybrid out of Riyadh. Fully remote is the exception, not the default.

What's the interview language?

English, with Arabic available if it's more comfortable for you.

Can I apply to more than one role?

Yes, but tell your recruiter, since it changes how your process is scheduled.
